All Decked Out is Cincinnati's only national multi-award winning company. In 2019, All Decked Out won two first place national awards through NADRA (North American Deck and Rail Association). In 2020 and 2021, All Decked Out made the Deckorators top 10 list of the ten top deck builders in the country earning the title of Certified Elite Installers. All Decked Out not only has a great reputation in the Cincinnati area but nationally as well for their high quality and unique decks.
Joe Hagen is the founder and President of All Decked Out. Joe grew up locally in Anderson Township area and now lives in Mason, Ohio. Joe is a veteran of the armed forces. While serving in the United States Navy he also worked for a deck, dock and fence company in Virginia. He quickly discovered his passion for building decks and outdoor living spaces. After his enlistment was over in the Navy he decided it was time to move back to Cincinnati to be closer to family and friends. He took his passion for building outdoor living spaces to create his own company. All Decked Out was established in 2009. All Decked Out has had rapid growth year after year and has become the top deck and outdoor living company in Cincinnati and at a national level.
Meet Our Team
Jessica Hagen
Business Manager (Joe's Boss)
Jessica plays a key role in the success of All Decked Out. Jessica grew up in the Anderson Township area and went to Turpin High School. She graduated from a local college before becoming a full-time nurse. Jessica then realized she wanted to help run the family business and dove in full time in 2012. Jessica wears many hats for All Decked Out including: Project scheduling, permit submissions, project material selections, payroll and business management. Her vast knowledge of construction materials, framing specifications and building codes are utilized in every plan. Jessica can be anywhere from running permits for the project, meeting with clients or in the office setting up appointments and responding to emails. Jessica is also known by the crew members as “Joe’s Boss”. Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, reading and volunteering at the church in her free time.
Jennifer Hoffmaster
Office Manager
Jennifer joined the All Decked Out office team in 2015 and is able to work from her home office helping answer phones and schedules appointments for the All Decked Out team. Jennifer has been an amazing addition to the All Decked Out team. Now she is part of the All Decked Out family! Jennifer was a family friend that actually hired All Decked Out to do her own personal deck and fence before she started working for them. Jennifer has a bachelors degree in business from Wright State University with majors in marketing and management. Jennifer is also married and a mother of 3, and when she is not working she enjoy’s spending time with her family and friends. Jennifer say’s aside from loving her job at All Decked Out she also enjoys working as a marketing coordinator for the Ohio Department of Transportation Credit Union. Jennifer is always ready to help!
Jeff Burton
Production/Project Manager
Jeff has been involved in the outdoor living / construction field for many years. Jeff is our project manager.
He is the main point of contact from the beginning of the actual build process through until the very end and ensures that your project runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. Jeff grew up in Wilmington Ohio area and after school decided to commit to serving our country. He served for 6 years in the United States Air Force. During that time, he
developed a love for discipline and attention to detail which shows through in his work each day. His main focus here at All Decked Out is helping ensure our clients have the best experience possible and staying on top of communication throughout the entire project. He believes that communication, good relationships and transparency with
each client, is critical to a successful project, every time no matter the size of the project. With his military like discipline, love for perfection and attention to detail; these are the foundations of what he will bring to the project process with clients. When not working, Jeff enjoys spending
time with his wife and two young children whom he adores! He also enjoys playing golf, working out and watching sports with his friends and family.
